You will be forfeit 50% ofyour training fee, unless yourappointment can be taken by ortransferred to anotherstudent.3.Cancellations orRescheduling within 48 hours Ifcancellation or rescheduling occurswithin forty eight (48) hours prior toyour appointment: You will forfeit yourQueensland Transport booking fee.You will forfeit100% of your trainingfee, unless your appointment can betaken by or transferred to anotherstudent.4.Turned Away Due to Alcoholor Drug Use If any learner is turnedaway from a lesson or a test due tobeing adversely affected by alcohol ordrugs, as best determined by the ourtrainer or a QLD transportrepresentative’s best judgment, norefund will be provided.5.OurCommitment to You If we have toreschedule any part of your lessons,every effort will be made to ensureyour lessons are rescheduled at thenext available and suitable time.Alternatively, we will provide a refundfor any remaining balance of moneypaid, where applicable.
